FaceTime on Mac desktop running 10.11.6 El Capitan

    Facetime 1 attached shows the set up when I log in to FT: looks okay.
    Facetime 2 attached shows what happens when I select a contact: no options.
    Camera is working.

    Any thoughts?

    ps I don't have an iPhone but all my listed contacts do.
