    Hi all,

Slightly odd question maybe...but does the surveyor contact the estate agent directly to arrange a time for the survey?

If anyone has the recommendations for a surveyor please PM me thanks.

    Thanks!

Basically, the vendor can say, yeah anytime is ok or weekend only, or between certain hours.
The estate agent will let the Surveyor know and he then picks a day that he can work to those hours and lets the Estate Agent know.
Estate agent confirms with the vendor.
