    Hi Declan,

Are you referring to the eir website?

If so can you try clearing your cache and accessing this again.

    Thanks,

    Sarah

It will only work with internet explorer 11 or and old version of firefox on windows as it uses Silverlight, a plugin that even it's creator Microsoft gave up on back in 2012 admitting it was a bad idea from the start and very insecure.
Eir should eventually move to Html5 like everyone else, just give them a few years.

Wow, the fact that they charge for it and can only provide it outdated IE or firefox is a joke.

I really think they only intent it to be used on mobile app but of course the marketing and sales department will never say that when trying to get you to sign up.
The website should be taken offline until they redesign it to use secure modern code.
