hotel with spa recomendations

looking to do a night away with the girls, will be 3 of us and we are looking for a nice hotel, decent spa, pool and good restaurant. we're based in limerick so anything not too far away, within 1-2 hr drive. any recommendations?

Falls in Ennistymon. Really fab. Food great, good atmosphere in the bar and the spa is really nice. Outdoor hot tub and jacuzzi as well.
