    Hi eir reps,

I've just signed a new contract for FTTH and phone and got the confirmation email.  In the breakdown of charges, a "Once Off Charges" of €99.99 is appearing on the email.

As I'm an existing eir customer, who was out of contract before signing up again, why am I being charged €99.99?

    Thanks!

    Hi gerard1970,

I do apologise. As far as I am aware there shouldn't a set up fee if you were already a FTTH customer. Please let me look into this and I will come back to you very shortly.

    Thanks,

    Sarah
