No Longer have Eir account still getting bills

    Hi No longer have a Eir account since the 1st of August but I am still gettting bills I have moved to a different provider.

    I try ring up customer support on 1901 but my account number or telephone number is not reconized on the system so I cannot talk to anybody. I need to find out why Eir are still charging me for no service as I have moved to a different provider.
