Seems awfully cheap, this elevates chances of a scam.

And even if it sounded legit for a moment, you would be stung for VAT here too as it has under 6000km on the clock.

Legit or not anything with under 6000 km on the clock and/or less than 6 months old is liable to Irish VAT as well as VRT.

Use a trusted seller locally instead, like Ecocars.ie

There’s over 12000 miles on it in reality, MOT history suggests there may have been damage on the front at some point.

So. Our Mitshi Outlander Phev suits us perfectly.

    • Leather seats
    • 4x4
    • Size
    • It's reasonably cheap to run (including servicing)
    • Looks ok
    • Reliability

There's not much on the market that offers us these options. We'd like another one, 2022 or 2023. But you can't get them in Ireland or the UK. Would we be insane to import one from Japan? I'm guessing warranty would be gone, could I change the language, could I insure it etc….

    What do you think?

That generation Outlander is basically a rebodied Nissan X-trail. It probably has the Jatco CVT gearbox and I would therefore avoid on that basis alone.

OK, they're obviously not a good gearbox. What are people thinking of moving on to after the Mitsubishi Outlander Phev?
