Reassigning cheque status

Hi,
I got a cheque from Irish waters a while back, but due me moving to another country and problems turning this cheque in I contacted Irish water to have the cheque reassigned to another person living in Ireland. I sent back the forms with the details back to Irish water about a month ago.

I have a reference number, could someone look into to see if the form has been received?

Thanks for your help, tried to reply to the PM but the boards.ie gives me some error when posting and then my message is gone.
