iPhone 8 speaker problem

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

My iPhone speaker is gradually getting quieter, over about 3-4 weeks ish, it’s getting ridiculous as if I compare my iPhone 5s it’s far louder and drowns out the 8, I’ve tried searching online but people only talk about in call volume.

I’ve also tried the sonic thing Incase there was water in the speaker.

    Thanks in advance.

Ar you sure you haven't set any volume limits?
    Check Settings- Music- Volume Limit.

Otherwise it's a hardware problem and I'd bring it back as your phone is still under warranty.

No, I’ve checked all of the things suggested online etc.

I’ve checked volume limit and it’s never been set, I even tried the late night setting on the eq and that made very little difference.

    It’s just annoying.

    Thanks for your help.
