You could take a chance and give your itinerary to www.anyvan.ie/

They're better known in the UK, where people use them for shipping some of the larger weirder items that pop up on eBay, or house removals to the continent.

Basically they act as a broker for independent logistics firms who specialise in oversized consignments.
