    Hi , 

    Just wondering my new Samsung of 2 months devolped a hairline crack across the screen , it hasn't been dropped the only unusual thing that day was it was extremely hot.

    Just wondering will eir lend me a temporary phone while the Samsung is off for repair?

    Hi Mr.Fantasic, 

    I'm afraid this is not a service we offer, however, some stores may have a phone that they will supply to you. This will be a very basic phone and they may require a €20 deposit. 

    Your local store will be able to advise you on all.
