SKY Q AND TV CONTROL

    I have recently upgraded from Sky HD to Sky Q. With my previous remote I could not only change volume on my TV but change channels when input is set to TV but with Sky Q while I can control TV volume I cannot seem to change channels. Am I missing something or does the Sky Q remote not change TV (DTT) channels?

    This happened me too, I had to configure the remote to the particular TV. Help here..

    I have followed those instructions but Sky Q remote controls volume and input but not changing channels for Freeview/Saorview on TV. Can anyone help?

    I have posted on Sky community forum and been informed that Sky Q remote does not have function to change channels on TV as distinct from Sky channels.
