    How have you not taken this guy to HR already..? You should be reporting this behaviour and not leaving your job unless for progression.

    This waster gives men a bad name. I wouldn't even dream of speaking like that to anyone at work.

    By the way, if my partner came home and told me her boss spoke to her in that fashion, I walk in there and drop him out cold..
