Holiday home

I have ‘sale agreed’ on a very small holiday home. We plan to rent it out over the summer months for a couple of years and then use it more ourselves when we retire in not too distant future. We will use it also now over the winter, Christmas, Easter etc. when not rented as a holiday home.
We have financed this from savings and small inheritance.
I’ve a couple of questions please.
When furnishing it would it be better to buy new with a receipt so we can offset this off the income we will receive. ?
What about a new kitchen - can we write that off over a couple of years ?
It will need some structural work done when we move in can that be added to our expenses ?
What about weekly laundry and cleaning between lets ?
    Thanks for your help
