Would regularly charging a Leaf (or other EV) for 90 mins each morning be detrimental at all?

Drive to work is 20 miles each way. Would have 90 mins charging virtually guaranteed every morning.

That's perfectly fine. What charger does your car have? If it's a Leaf with 3.3kW charging on board, 90 minutes won't really do that much to filling you up though :(

    Just contemplating at the moment.

    Thanks.

Just to give you an idea. A Leaf 24 with 3.3kW charging will take on no more than 5kWh in the 90 minutes of charging on an EV charge point (and a lot less again from a normal 3 pin plug)

Yep, 3.3kw is pretty much the equivalent of trickle charging. Battery won't even notice. And over 90 minutes the owner won't really notice either.

Ok, I'm being facetious. In 90 mins you'd probably add 20%. Which will give you 20-30km range.
