I am 37, first time learner driver. Held no prior insurance. was planning to buy a used car. Have learners permit. AXA said they cant give me a quote, since I am above 30 and have no driving exp. First ireland can give me a quote, only if the car is less than 10 years old.

which insurance company will give a quote (37YO, employed, learners permit only) ?

Which company dont mind cars >10 years old

Go to an independent broker where you live. They will do the donkey work to get you a quote. Online Brittons.
