Asbestos Removal Costs

Not sure if anyone will have any advice or answers.
Helping a mate clear out the shed on a house he just bought and hey presto hidden under a pile of rubbish is a load of what looks tiles broken asbestos corrugated roof sheets in unsealed black bags.. not the best considering we had been digging round in the shed for a few hours!!
Anyhow time to get rid, any ideas for good registered companies (Dublin area if it matters), rough costs for disposal. Also beyond leaving them alone anything that can be done to make them safe while arranging disposal? I've heard stories from hundreds to thousands - poor chap isn't exactly flush so hoping it will be lower - neighbor said something to him about cost per tonne (even if its less than a tonne).
    Thanks in advance.

Was doing a job on a house a 3-4 years ago when a truck pulled up to get a pallet of asbestos. Probably 4' square by 2' high n it was e600. With construction inflation that's probably closer to e1000 now.
    Leave them be imo

You could get them tested to see if they do contain asbestos.

spraying with water will help to keep the dust down.

Thanks for the advice, he contacted a company in Kildare and they will dispose of it for him. Just under 900 euro - A pain to pay but not really any other option.

Think he used Rialta or something similar in Kildare - disposal only as it was already in bags in the shed.
