    It seems that the freezer and fridge are always on since yesterday. Any ideas what can be wrong? it is a frost free fridge

    there is a temperature setting in the fridge section set to normal....

    as it is frost free try a total manual defrost by unplugging it, if either of the 2 doors have been left slightly open over a period it will cause this problem
