Ford Focus 2013 problem with Bluetooth sync

    I'm having problems getting my phone to work with my Bluetooth it connects but when I try make a call it's switches to privacy basically no audio is coming through car if I hang up call on phone call stays active on car and to fix this I have to go into car settings and switch Bluetooth off. I have checked all settings on my phone done a master reset of Bluetooth in car and it still won't connect audio. I have the car over a year and had no problems with it till yesterday any help would be great. I rang ford it's 98 euro before they even fix anything

    Sync module needs software update.

    You could try dissconnecting the battery for ten minutes also debond all phones.
