    Hi

I am looking at upgrading my iPhone 7 and I waited until yesterday's launch to see what the new phones are like. There was nothing major from what I can see. So now I need to decide on what phone I go for. I was thinking of the iPhone X but have Apple stopped selling it? There is no mention of it on their web-site

    https://www.apple.com/ie/iphone/

Is my only option an 8 or one of the new phones?

    Thanks

    Christy

The Xs is the new X.
Same way the 7S was the newer version of your 7.

No such thing as a 7S. The iPhone 8 was the next generation of the 7.

    Same principle applies.
If the OP had his heart set on an X, then go for the Xs.

    Thanks for the replies.

One more question. Why are Apple still selling the 7 which came out 2 years ago but have stopped selling the X which only came out last year? Are there issues with the X?

The X would have to be at a lower price point to the Xs and as the Xs is virtually the same phone (with exception to a processor change.. maybe more ram), the X would have impacted sales of the Xs.
