    Open again, very possibe it is what they say it is, a security incident, moving all other people out of the area makes it easier to search for someone, say with terminal imaging. Maybe a military personal at one of the two bases nearby did a Snowden and tried to make off with sensity material/data, closing the postoffice would make sense so this sensitive material didn't get out via post etc.
