I have a pdf application form which will be used for lots of projects. A lot of info is saved as a template then i enter what is different each time and save as project 1 project 2 etc . But the part i enter which is different each time is, when the file is opened, surrounded by a blue box and could be edited by recipient. How do i get rid of this, happens in reader and acrobat

The parts that are saved and in all the forms are not editable. Can a pdf be filled only once? How do i make a template that has most info in it and them a liitle different project info will be entered in each one

I would expect that you can save each project as a 'locked' PDF file and not as another template.

prin to pdf takes away the blue box but the files is still editable. But the people i send it to won't edit it. Adobe always seems a very long way around. Thanks
