    Renovating and old house at the moment.

    Got quote for new windows and doors .

    €2500 in the difference between triple glaze 90mm pvc and double glazed standard frames.

    Any advice or thoughts?

    what is the rest of the spec on the reno?
    no point in doing TG windows if the rest of spec is not up to scratch+
    Also what % of the over all spend is the 2.5K

    Insulation in floors.
    Walls internally insulated.
    Attic insulation.
