Does anyone know what is going on in Ladyswell park. The ground has been dug up and levelled and there is a lot of machinery around.

They were putting in foundations for house-sized/shaped structures when I passed yesterday (although they could be any type of building of that size/shape).

Edit - houses indeed. 22 of them!

Yes it's social housing. Cluid have also secured a site for a hundred or so houses and apartments opposite the community centre too and they're building more rapid build in Wellview and some more houses in Avon Dale apparently too
