Recorded shows disappearing.

    I have Sky+. Sometimes I will start watching a show I've recorded and part of the way through it, I'll stop it to watch something else or do something else. Later, when I decide to watch the remainder of the show, it has disappeared from my list of recorded shows.
    What is the cause of this and how do I prevent it happening in the future?

    Has anybody else had this problem?

    No. Never.

    Is your box getting to 100% full regularly?

    If so and another recording is scheduled it will auto delete the oldest watched (or partially watched) recording.

    To stop this happening - Services - Options - Sky+ Setup - Disk Space Management - Manual

    New recordings that need extra space will fail until you delete enough stored programmes manually.
