Worried about the leaving cert - didn't study much in 5th year

Title explains it all. I didn't do much study in 5th year, I got mostly 40% in my summer exams.
Not trying to blame others for what is my own fault but I was going through some stuff last year and didn't feel like studying most days. Anyway, I need 340 points (although i'm aiming for around 400) and an 02 in maths. I do biology, history and business.
I have copped on from the start of this year so if I continue working hard until the LC, will I be able to get my requirements or am I already screwed?

Yes you will be able to.

Keep up with the work in class, take your homework seriously and make sure you get anything you are not following explained to you either by the teacher or someone else in the class.
