I got very lucky during the Gallery international this year at Midlands and i won a Marlin 1894 in a Draw at dinner. If i had to show skill to win it i would be waiting a long time.

I got the License granted today, and now i have it, what should i spec it for.

    Optics and mounts ?
    Any upgrades trigger etc
Handy place to get .38sp ammo
I have shot a few stages of Gallery at Lough Bo with the 10/22.

Any info or things to look out for will be helpful.
    Thanks

Well done on the leaver.what I can tell you is that you have to put a bit of work into making it run smoothly. Ie polishing the bolt, inner receiver, the leaver it's self. You might want to change the hammer spring and the spring on the leaver plunger. Also I've put a happy trigger in mine. That takes the slop from the trigger blade. You can get everything you need from marlinspares.com. also you have lots of videos on youtube. Good luck with it. They are a great rifle.
