    1. I am experiencing low pressure in my house can you help.

    If you are experiencing low pressure to your cold kitchen tap, would you mind sending a PM with the following details and we will look into this:

    - Name;
    - Address; and
    - Contact number.

    If this matter is not affecting your cold kitchen tap, it would appear to be an internal fault and may be a result of an airlock in your system. You can find out more on how to resolve this on wtr.ie/Airlocks, and if this doesn't help, you might have to consult a plumber.

    2. I am receiving a non-domestic bill for my homestead, but there is only a domestic connection.

    Could you please send us the following details via PM and we can look into this further:

    - Your full name;
    - Your contact number;
    - Supply address; and
    - Account number/WPRN.

    3. I need to move a manhole in my back garden which is part of the shared sewage system for 6 houses. How do I go about this?

    As Irish Water only has responsibility for the mains sewers on the public road, if you wish to carry out works on the private sewer pipes you will need to apply for planning permission.

    For more information on pipe maintenance responsibility please see here.

    4. Why are service stations power washing cars, while we are trying to conserve water?
    The Hosepipe Ban only applies to domestic users. The ban does not apply to Commercial customers as their business may have a dependency on water for their livelihood. Irish Water are engaging with commercial entities and encouraging them to avoid all non-essential use of water during this time.

    5. I have no water today. Is there an outage?

    Hi, you can check if there are works in your area by checking our Supply and Service page here.

    If there are no works in your area, please send the following details and we can look into this:

    - Name;
    - Address; and
    - Contact number.
