Leak in the hot press

Every couple of weeks I find the floor of the hot press damp can't find source on boiler of where's leaking could this also be contributing to the fact that 2 of my rads stopped working

Get a plumber asap.

You don't want a slow leak in there. Water damage is incessant. It can cause damage in lots of places mould and other issues.
