HP Pavilion x360 Convertible: part needed

I bought this brand new in autumn 2016 and I need to find a replacement top case as water got on about seven keys (Model No: 13-u005na). It's out of warranty since autumn 2017 so I expect to pay for the part.

However, I've brought it to two repair companies and both say that the part is not available so I have to use an additional keyboard along with the laptop, something which is making my limited space even more cluttered. Given that HP have a very large facility in Ireland and that this is a relatively new computer, surely HP would make the relevant part for it? What would be the business logic in not making it? Alternatively, would anybody know of a fix for this issue?

    Thanks.
