Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Cork City Park by Phone data breech

    Just been advised that ....

    We wish to advise our customers that a data breach of the Cork City Park by Phone service has occurred.

    No personal bank account or credit/ debit card details were accessed, no account balances were altered and no passwords were compromised. However, it is possible that other personal data such as car registrations, mobile numbers and email addresses may have been accessed.

    This breach has now been addressed and the relevant authorities have been notified (Data Protection Commissioner and An Garda Siochana) and further detailed investigations are underway.

    Please note that ParkMagic will never contact you requesting your bank account or credit/ debit card details.
