Best phone for around €200

Hi there,

I used to just go with plans when buying a phone but don't want to this time.

Currently have a HTC 8 which is acting up battery wise.

What's a good phone to buy outright for around €200 so I can stick to my SIM only plan.

Would like something with a decent camera.

I got one this week, very happy with it so far - it's quick, plenty of storage, looks and feels nice in the hand. Took 10 days to arrive (ordered on a Friday, it arrived the following Monday week); no customs charges.

How are you finding it though?

Camera is fine for my needs - none of them are world beaters at this price point
Battery life is pretty good, I'm easily getting a full day out of it, it barely loses any % overnight too.
Audio - like through the speaker? Sound is fine on bluetooth headphones, I virtually never use the speaker.
Main thing for me is it is quick (my last 2 phones were pretty sluggish) and has guaranteed updates so no messing around with custom ROMs.

Having said all this - the 6.1+ looks like it might be better bang-per-buck. It's 216 on eGlobal today and has a bigger screen, faster chip, dual camera etc:

Nokia seem to have a very good range of low-cost phones at the moment.

I got the Moto g6 play for 180 . A great phone. Coming from Samsung it's nice to be back with stock android!
