So we r a family of 4, looking to get a campervan preferably 4berth, but we noticed some of them are advertised as 4 berth, but only have 3 seat belts...,. Is that even legal? Or are campervans exempt from having seatbelts for everyone in the camper. Please advise. Thanks

4 Berth means it can Sleep 4.
3 Seat belts means it can transport 3.

Strictly speaking, these numbers don't have to match. A 6 berth camper could have only 2 seatbelts.

All front seats must have seatbelts. It is ok (in the eyes of the law) to carry adults in the rear without restraints.
