Adamstown : Parking

Just wondering how parking for residents in Adamstown these days ? I lived there 6 years ago and it was OK to find parking in the communal parking areas but I'd imagine as people have got wealthier and kids have got older there's now way more cars. Is that the case ? Is parking in the communal car parks a problem ? Cheers
