We built our house in 07 got all the certs required for the relevant stage of construction as per mortgage requirements. We are now selling our house and can't find the certs. The engineer is no longer contactable any idea how we'd source certs
Thanks In advance and apologies if this has been discussed before

Would you have sent a copy to the bank? If imagine they'd have filed them should they need to sell. Could you ask your mortgage adviser?
