So I bought a plug and play Bluetooth receiver for my car audio system. Plugged it in, phone connected immideatly and sound quality is great.

However the music occasionally skips or stutters. Really irritating. Any idea how to fix this issue?

Issue occurs no matter how close the phone is to the receiver.

What was the receiver? Some of the real cheap Chinese ones are good but some are useless. I have one I got for a couple of euro that plugs into the aux and it's excellent. Only drawback is it won't allow you use it while charging it.

Got it sorted. I have a One Plus 3T phone, did a bit of research and just had to wipe my Bluetooth cache on the phone and its perfect now
