KBC direct debit

Hi,

I’m trying to change my payment details from Bank of Ireland to KBC but I don’t see them as an option on the list. Are they under a different name or do I need to go to specsavers?

I'm sorry to hear this, I'm afraid this is not available however if you contact our customer care team on 1901 they'll be able to put this through for you once you have the IBAN and BIC.

Is this still the case - I am trying to make the same change and KBC still not listed - 5 months after above post. Poor at best
