Hi. Looking for recommendations for holiday accomodation in Ireland travelling with a 2 year old toddler and 6 month old baby.

self catering probably better option as would prefer have some time in evenings without having to go to bed when kids do in a hotel. brst that kids have their own separate room.

a pool is probably important in case weather is bad. but with plenty of other exciting activities nearby to keep them entertained.

did fota last year and was ok. not many nice places to eat near by.

anybody with recommendations much appreciated? thanks

    How long for?
Kelly's hotel in Rosslare is super-kid friendly.
It is v dear though, but you get what you pay for in my opinion.
You can get babysitters and there's a kids room during the day that's around €2 an hour I think.
It's on the beach, so if the weather is good you'll be set.
There's a pool also if not.
The food is fantastic and plenty of it.
It may seem dated, but the place is simply on of the best family hotels in the country.

What part of the country are you in?

How far are you prepared to travel?

I've never been but a lot of people seem to like the Banna Beach Resort, outside Tralee. It has a pool, houses, bar, playground and kids club & it's self catering.
They often do deals on their Facebook page.
