AP1 and AP11 interviews

    Has anybody on here gone through interview for AP1 / AP11 under the new interview structure - competency based? They are being held in our school end of next week and I've just completed the application for AP1. I am just wondering if anybody has any insight into how best to prepare and types of questions that came up. Also, are the interviews exactly the same for AP1 as AP11?? The application form was exactly the same.

    Hope all have settled back into the new school year.

    Any help/advice is appreciated.

    LAOS - looking at our school. Know that document inside out.
    Also the circular 003/2018 I think which covers assistant principal stuff.
    Have some examples of ways that you’ve already stepped up in school leadership, even if it is just small things.
