    Hi everyone,
Im looking for some information regarding an apprenticeship in Mechanical Automation and Maintenance.
Im currently fully employed in The Defence Forces, however poor pay and conditions has made me want to leave.
I have a higher certificate in Mechanial Engineering from AIT ,and a local pharmaceutical company has opened up an apprenticeship in Mechanical Automation and Maintenance. Im just looking for information regarding the apprenticeship and the job itself for anyone who has experience with it as i dont want to leave one dead job and waste four years training for another.
Money is not my major concern its more job quality and satisfaction.
    Thank you for any advice.
