Eir app and general access online

    I have both my mobile and by broadbsnd / tv with eir. I cant access the app or my online profile. The last time i queried this i was told it was because i have 2 accounts on 1 email and it was very complicated. It would take a few days to fix. That was around last october. Nearly a year on and i still have no access. Any chance of having a look

    I'm sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues with your my eir service.
