Do anyone know of any car rental place in Germany that don't have in the terms and conditions that your not allowed to drive on an one way unrestricted toll road

If you need to ask what do I mean by an unrestricted toll road there's no need to reply

Years ago we hired from Hertz and no such restrictions, haven’t done it recently though.

Either take your chance, remove plates and drive on or rent a car at the track specifically to drive around it.

If I were going again I'd rent a track car there for the few laps, the suzuki swifts are supposed to be great craic and on the cheaper end to rent.

From what I can remember offhand (Hertz and Europcar) of renting in Germany there wasn't anything specific but racing etc. was prohibited as with all such rental contracts. I usually rent from Munich/Stuttgart so it's possible locations nearer the "one way unrestricted toll road" itself may have a specific provision.

Personally I wouldn't chance it with a rental car.

I hope to be making a trip to the "one way unrestricted toll road" next summer and it's likely I'll rent a track car for a few laps.

Are you talking about the nurbugring? And if so, why not just say it?

I was at the nurburgring a few weeks ago, great place!, plenty of rental places around it, as mentioned the suzuki swifts are suppose to be good craic,
I didn't do any laps because I wanted to bring my own car back, then I saw the tourist day and changed my mind!
I will go back in a year or 2 and possibly rent but it's expensive, and huge excess if you bin it!
The track was closed twice for accidents when I was there!

I think you need to rethink your whole approach here... the cloak and dagger approach you ask about of renting a normal car and going to the nordschleife is a no-no. They all are tracked and the company will call you if you even go near the place. Rent from one of the rental companies who do track cars. That's what they are there for.
Finally, don't make the mistake of thinking that a big engine will mean you'll go out and set some sort of lap record.. with the seeming lack of knowledge or respect of what you will be dealing with, power will get you into bother very easily. The intensity of a lap there during a busy tourist day is something that cannot be understood until it is experienced

I remember reading an article about photographers would take pics of rental cars being driven on the ring, and rental companies would pay for these pics, then use it as evidence and apply a whopping fee.

    Edit

    http://www.heiser.net/documents/nurburgring/

Drive a rental car — it sounds like a good idea, but the world of rental cars has changed in the past few years with respect to the Ring. Tired of getting their cars back with bald tires and vaporized brake pads, rental companies are now tracking their cars with GPS and hiring people to go to the Ring to spy on you. A friend of mine was banned for life from Hertz worldwide for driving his BMW 1-series diesel on the track. (Update: I've also been banned, so the danger is real.) Some companies have added large charges/fines if your car has significant wear of the brakes or tires. So lap your rental car at your own risk. Caveat renter.

Have done it with a hertz car for a full day and had no issues on return

Big chance you're taking on a rental car, on the eh, random unrestricted toll road that must not be named.

If it were me, I'd buy something cheap and drive it over.

I think the rental companies might life ban you too if you're found out?

As far as I’m aware your rental company’s insurance will not cover any accident you may have on the ring and that could be very expensive - even if you think you’ll mind yourself .. there are far to many unknowns !!

I did it a few weeks back in a classic Porsche belonging to a friend and I was a nervous wreck .. twice the track closed due to oil on the track and accidents while we weee there.

The track was closed because you and your friend wet yourselves? You need to HTFU!
