Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello

I have a lot of Edwardian and Victorian household furniture ( assuming they accept it) which auction rooms would be the best to sell this in and is there a big difference in prices achieved ?

    Matthews
    Herman Wilkinson
    Sean Eacrett

Any thoughts or advice would be really appreciated !

Depends where you are as it's going to cost you to bring your furniture to a saleroom. Where are you located and I'll throw up some more salerooms.

Joe Mullen (Laurel Park) https://www.mullenslaurelpark.com near Bray sell a lot of furniture and might be worth a shout. I don't know how prices achieved on furniture compare between salerooms but another factor would be how much the seller's fees are - usually 15% + VAT.

A full list of salerooms can be found here: https://collectireland.com/auctions-2/ :)
