Done Kinnegar and Pearse Lyons, both excellent in their own ways and different reasons.

Done Rye River on a freebie, they've the setup for more / longer post your drinks for paid ones though. Also Kelly's in Clane which is interesting to see as it's so much smaller scale - they definitely seem intent on opening a taproom.

Did the two Midlands distilleries in one day (with lengthy time between them) some years ago. Tullamore has the better visitor experience but it's in the old, not running distillery; Kilbeggan is a bit less controlled and ordered but they are actually distilling on site

Teeling's distillery is worth a look. Was there a few weeks ago.

Did Bushmills up the north, nice tour, but very busy. Nice drop at the end though, and beside Giants Causeway aswell!
Did Teeling when it opened, ok tour back then but nice bar at the end.
Did Kilbeggan distillery. Actually liked this, working distillery so nice to see that and a nice walk around.
Did Tullamore DEW. Was an ok tour but was dissapointed, its really just set up for tourists. Nice building though and gift shop and what looked like nice food in the restaurant.
Did Slane distillery. Really liked this, was only four of us and the tour guide knew her stuff. Its in the old converted stables, so the building is lovely and its a working distillery! Castle is right beside it so if you go early enough you can see that too, and then Newgrange!!
Did Middleton in cork, Loved this one! Dont actually see the working distillery but its a good walk around the old one, and nicely set up too.
Did Jameson Bow street. Not the actual tour but the whiskey makers class, was really good, blend your own and keep it (only 50ml, but you can keep or drink the three samples, 150ml). Worth it to try the Bow street 18 year old straight from the cask!!!

I've done Tullamore DEW including the working distillery, bottling plant and warehouses (it's all on one site) as well as the visitors center tour.
I've also done Walsh Distillery. Both were pretty similar tbh. I'm usually in Metalman Brewery at least once a year although that's more a piss-up beer tasting than a tour. :pac:

I'd love to visit Waterford Distillery but I can't see if they do tours yet. They are doing one Friday coming for the Harvest Festival but I'll be at work.

Did the Dingle Distillery tour a couple of years ago. Like some of the above it's also a very small working distillery. Very informative tour though when I went they didn't have any whiskey ready for sampling so we had Dingle gin instead. I believe they do whiskey sampling now and the tour is probably more developed nowadays.
