Paypal Refund return postage

    Has anyone used this ? It's supposed to be available but there is no option on my transactions. According to the T&Cs you are supposed register here https://www.paypal.eu/ie/returns/ but the page isn't working.

    Send the item back and take a pic of it wrapped up with address and then take a pic of the receipt and submit both

    I wonder if it's something to do with my account. I just tried a third browser & same message. I also tried turning off my ad block

    Their support is wrong. In this link https://www.paypal.com/ie/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns/general-conditions?locale.x=en_IE the first FAQ give some you the link to set it up for a Ireland. The link is broken at them moment though.

    I have asked them to show me where it says that Ireland is excluded.

    Have you tried online chat or even calling PayPal

    Yes I have been direct messaging them on Twitter - the only way I could get a response. They have now escalated it & someone will get back to me.
