    Hi everyone,
Sorry if this has been asked before (I am sure it has) but I wanted to speak with ppl who have got married recently in las vegas and to find out if we need to do anything here in Ireland beforehand? Like the freedom to marry certificate.

We have the Marrige licence filled out and ready to be collected in Clarke County over there so thats all done.
I know the marriage wont be registered here in Ireland (like any marraige abroad) unless we have a civil ceremony here - correct? But I am not concerned with that. I just want to know that the marraige will be legal here in Ireland and recognised here for revenue, life assurance, forms etc....
Also to put a few ppl in there place who have said the marraige wont be legal.
    Thanks in advance :)
