Free fees after changing course

    I completed a year of computer science at trinity college straight after doing my leaving cert. I am moving into first year of economics and finance in ucd. I have to pay full fees for first year but will I be eligible for free fees initiative the remaining years of the course after that? The course in ucd is 3 years long.
