Filling out my maternity benefit form and my doctor put down my estimated due date as 4 days later than the date the hospital indicated. Now i'm confused with what date to start maternity leave. What do most do, take 2 full weeks off work?

Take it as close to the birth as possible. You have to take it the Monday before the week your doctor put you down as due. They give an example on form mb2, which your employer signs. Usually first babies go over.
