Anyone here know anything about WDAI?

I saw them online and decided to join, paid my subscription 12 days ago and have heard nothing back since.

It is almost impossible to find out what is going on, I've made numerous phone calls and send numerous emails and the only person to get back to me is the former secretary who is no longer associated with them after 20 years as the secretary. He was very helpful in fairness and gave me contact details of the committee which were not online.

I rang the Chairman and he gave me the secretaries number but she doesn't respond to phone calls, voice mails or emails.

You joined up to a group you know absolutely nothing about, gave them you hard earned and in doing so gave them carte blanche to speak on your behalf. This is how we end up with all these so called expert groups all lining their own pockets and doing sfa about any of the real problems we face.

That's a fairly sweeping statement there which doesn't really help me but thanks anyway.

I already asked for a refund in writing this morning.

There is a committee meeting this evening. PM me your name and number and I will contact someone to resolve this matter for you

If you could contact the secretary and ask her to check missed calls, voicemail and emails that would be great.

To be honest I'd just like a refund and to leave things at that.

    irishdeercommission is a different entity.

Rows Grower is talking about WDAI and the bad experience in trying to become a member, nothing to do with the Irish Deer Commission membership

Just to follow up, I successfully made contact with the secretary by phone this afternoon and was assured that my money will be refunded.

    Thanks for the help Sika98k.
