Hi I was a qualified teacher before the crash (2006). Basically I got disillusioned with 3 years of Subbing with no prospect (as was the case back then) I am a qualified Science /Biology and Physics teacher , currently working as an Engineer, for which I retrained.
    Anyways my questions are
    1. As I qualified before the pay agreements am I entitled to the old pay scale.
    2. Do I start on the lower end of the scale. (does it account for my 10 years plus experience in Engineering in industry.
    Thanks in advance
